Master Data Administrator

Your Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team dedicated to maintaining and protecting LIC’s enterprise wide master data.
The position is part of the Shared Services team and reports to the Master Data Team Leader.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of master data objects including Sales, Procurement, Finance and Human Resources
- Assist with the reconciliation of Master Data objects to ensure the validity and accuracy of the data is upheld
- Liaise with internal business units with master data queries providing operational expertise and support
- Training and ongoing development provided
About You:
Your ability and desire to enhance quality are integral to the success of this role. Working closely with others in the Master Data team you will ensure the integrity of all master data is upheld.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven computer skills with data entry/administration background - experience using SAP ECC/CRM preferred
- Confident communication skills, capable of simplifying complex situations so they are easily understood
- Attention to detail and strong focus of continuous improvement
- Team player with well-honed organisation skills and an ability to build strong working relationships
- An ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
- A knowledge of the dairy industry would be advantageous but not essential
