About the Role:
Our On Farm Assists travel to and from dairy farms throughout the region to provide our farmers with much-needed support on farm. This region covers Tokoroa, Rotorua, Mangakino, Te poi and Tirau.
No two days will be the same – you will assist with a range of different on-farm activities such as herd test support during milking, DNA sampling, herd audits and weighing animals – just to name a few.

About You:

- Be self-motivated and professional
- Hold a current, full drivers’ licence (essential)
- Based in South Waikato
The ideal person will be someone who has a hands-on approach, knowledge of, and empathy for the New Zealand dairy industry. An integral part of this role will be interacting with farmers and field-based staff to ensure LIC deliver a quality service.
