About the Role: 

Step into the heartbeat of LIC - our Customer Experience Centre! Our team provide exceptional phone-based service to our farming customers. Forget the usual contact centre routine - we're all about genuine conversations, and value-add support.

Joining our supportive team, you'll go beyond ordinary customer service, playing a crucial role in educating and supporting our farmers through our various products and services. You'll be set up for success from the start, with a full and comprehensive training programme, so you'll be able to confidently provide the best support possible to our customers.

About You:

This is a great opportunity to catapult your career in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be challenged to solve problems, and think on your feet. A background in customer service, retail, reception, or hospitality will set you up well for this role.

You'll be a fast learner with great tech skills - quickly mastering various systems and technologies to seamlessly assist our customers.

Confident, proactive, adaptable, and resilient, you'll have excellent communication skills and be able to quickly gather information from customers to get to the heart of their issue, and explain any technical information in a way which is easily understood.
