Master Data Administrator

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team dedicated to maintaining and protecting LIC’s enterprise‑wide master data.
You’ll be part of the Shared Services team, reporting to the Master Data Team Leader.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of master data across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain master data objects across Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Human Resources
Assist with the reconciliation of master data to ensure accuracy and validity
Respond to master data queries and liaise with internal business units, providing operational expertise and support
Work collaboratively with the Master Data team to uphold data integrity and quality standards
Training and ongoing development will be provided.

Your commitment to quality and continuous improvement will be central to your success in this role.
Working closely with others in the Master Data team, you’ll help ensure all enterprise master data is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose.
Your Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Proven computer skills with a data entry or administration background
(experience with SAP ECC / CRM is preferred but not essential)Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
A high level of attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent organisational skills and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
The ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of the dairy industry is an advantage, but not essential
