Loving being part of the LIC team as part of the People and Performance Group (awesome group of specialists and downright fabulous people), reporting to the Chief People Officer (who rocks), and I have a magnificent team of 5 hard working, passionate people who strike to provide business solutions to enable LIC to build and sustain a high performing and engaged workforce.

Our vision is about creating positive employee experiences to enable people to perform at their best. The Employee Experience functions enable those to be attracted to LIC, hired, transfer internally as well as a great experience with offboarding but also includes objective setting, performance reviews, rem review, people systems and experience, recruitment, policies, reporting/analytics - it's all about making moments matter.
