I work at the intersection of genetics and computing on massive genomic datasets. My research is focused on the application of genomic technologies at a population scale. With key areas being de novo, familial and rare functional variants and and the application of machine learning for the Dairy Industry. I'm also involved in the development of infrastructure capable of dealing with population scale genomic datasets.
