My journey in agriculture began as a vet in Waikato, but my passion for genetics truly grew while living abroad. I first moved to France, where I completed an MBA at EU Business School, gaining a broader commercial perspective and developing a competitive strategy for New Zealand’s sheep dairy industry. I then moved to the UK, where I joined Innovis and deepened my understanding of breeding for pasture-based performance.

Returning home to New Zealand, I spent the past four years leading the genetic and livestock program at Spring Sheep Milk Co. Now, I’m excited for this next chapter at LIC, helping to shape the future of dairy genetics in New Zealand.
