Hi, I’m Rynard! I’ve been in the dairy industry for 19 years, with the last 11 spent at LIC, where I manage the Westblock/Vailes Farm on the LIC Bull Farm. Working with animals and leading a team is more than just a job for me—it’s my passion. I love the challenges and rewards that come with farm management, especially when it comes to animal care and working alongside a great team.

When I’m not on the farm, you’ll probably find me out in the field with my bow. I’m a big fan of competitive archery and enjoy hunting whenever I get the chance. Whether it’s on the farm or in the wild, I love being outdoors and embracing the challenges that come with it.
