About the Role:
This is a fixed term seasonal leadership opportunity, for an experienced AB Tech, ready to step into team leadership. During the spring season, you'll lead a team of AB Tech's across the wider BOP and Central Plateau region; guiding, supporting, and developing a team.
The AB Supervisor is a key member of the Operations & Service Group and reports directly to the Regional AB Operations Manager (RABOM). This team is responsible for the strategy of keeping our people safe and for delivering on the promise we make to our customers.

This is a seasonal position, running until February 2027.
About You:
You are an experienced AB Tech and have people leadership skills and experience.
Your communication is second to none and you're passionate about supporting others to achieve great results.
Organisation and planning is something you're well known for and you are someone who thrives in coaching and training environments.
Attention to detail and reporting comes naturally to you and you understand safety practices both from an individual and facility perspective.
