Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Experience leading, coordinating or supporting teams in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions.
Dairy industry, farming or agricultural experience would be advantageous, but transferable logistics and operational experience will also be highly valued.
