In March 2025 I joined LIC in a new-look position - Recruitment Coach; working alongside the wider People and Performance team.  Born in Hamilton, but having lived in Auckland for many years, it's great to come home to The Tron.  

My background is a mix of Exec Recruitment, Business Management and Senior Sales.  I have worked across a wide range of industries and am loving expanding my learning into the Agri-technology Sector.

My role at LIC is working alongside People Leaders at LIC to coach and assist in wider recruitment processes and systems.  I will also be involved in strategic HR projects over time.
