About the Role:

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the field of laboratory operations? Join our Artificial Breeding team as a Production Laboratory Technician; become part of a dynamic group of individuals that provide industry-leading products, empowering dairy farmers to create more sustainable and profitable farms. 

This position is based in the Newstead Liquid Despatch Laboratory. This role is responsible for carrying out key semen processing activities and during the spring production season, supervising a team of seasonal staff, to achieve production targets. Days of work and start times may change during our peak seasons.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A high level of motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• A consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks and work collaboratively across different lab teams.

• A tertiary qualification in science and/or laboratory experience is preferred but not essential.
