About the Role:
Reporting to the AB Support Lead, you will be part of the Operations & Service Group. This team is responsible for delivering on the promise we make to our customers. Operations & Service is made up of LIC’s Artificial Breeding, Diagnostics, Farms Management, Field Assist, Heifer Management and Herd Testing teams.
Your role is responsible for assisting the AB Field Support Lead, with selection, training & support of seasonal staff, balancing AB workflow requirements for the AB Operations Team, Customer and LIC Employee contact, hardware/software requirements & field
logistics of getting necessary AB equipment and product to technicians when required in full and on time for planned start of mating.
We are excited to be offering 1 x permanent full time role and 1 x 10-month full time secondment.
Your key focus:
Provide support to the AB Support Team Lead where required in times of absence and during times of increased workload.
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures relevant to the role.
Expertise and administration support to the wider AB Operations team – this includes a high level of transactional duties.
Meet and exceed agreed Service Levels for AB Operations.
Accountable for the commissioning, programming, despatching, and tracking of AB assets and product for both Domestic and International Markets.
Where required, participate and contribute to projects within AB operations, this could include attending project meetings and user testing, to support success of implementation and roll out of new systems and business rules.
Train and provide ongoing support to seasonal staff.
Be available on a rostered basis as required during seasonal peaks – this could include a change of working hours and days including on call requirements during the spring period each year.
About You:
High level of communication and interpersonal skills – you'll be team focused and customer focused.
Experienced computing skills, MS Office, with a focus on Excel, Warehousing (SAP) and Customer queue support programs with the ability to provide a high level of technical support.
Be flexible and agile, and solution focused.
Strong attention to detail – accuracy is a must
