About the Role:   

As LIC continues to grow and evolve, we have an exciting new position available. Reporting to the National AB Manager, the newly created AB Supply Chain Manager will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain, logistics and despatch function — ensuring reliable delivery of Artificial Breeding products, from despatch landing, through to the field. You’ll work closely with Sales and Field teams to align demand, supply and execution, enabling a full and on‑time customer experience.

This is a senior leadership role with accountability for supply chain performance, customer delivery, and operational efficiency across the AB Support teams. Planning & Despatch and broader AB Support functions report into this role.

You’ll lead 4 direct reports and provide national leadership across the AB supply chain.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain and/or logistics leadership role

• Strong end‑to‑end supply chain and distribution knowledge

• Experience leading customer service or technical support environments

• Able to lead through complexity and seasonal demand peaks

• Strong stakeholder leadership across operations, sales and field teams

• Commercially astute with strong data‑driven decision making

• Proven people leadership and team development capability

• Experience leading change and continuous improvement initiatives
